Through We Finish Together the medals are given with a handwritten message and handmade tag to someone who needs to know they have the support and care that they may need to get them through whatever challenges face them. At the 2016 Chattajack we hope to have a station set up at registration so you can make your own notes and tags and donate your CJ medal or any other medals you bring with you.
