Pet Friendly Hotel Option:

This is probably your best bet - the Days Inn on I24, which is the road you would take to drive to the finish line (Hales Bar Marina). It is a 10 minute drive to the start line (Ross's Landing) and a 20 minute drive to the finish line.
They are pet friendly, but charge $10/pet. (The last time we checked)
