Congrats 2025 racers!

Huge congrats everyone!

Chattajack 2025 may have come and gone but the memory of the 14^th race will transcend time! Thank you to everyone who played a part in creating what the 2025 race was.  Thank you participants, thank you volunteers, and thank you sponsors!  We hope everyone has made it home safe and snug and back in their normal routine with good race memories still buzzing around the brain!

Mother Nature was accommodating once again!! How is it possible that we’ve had so many years of sunshine, mostly tailwinds, warm air temps and favorable race day conditions?!!  To add to the nice weather, the 2025 Chattajack race field was collectively stout, stacked, seasoned, and prepared physically and mentally for the distance.  Just check those results!  Congrats to all the finishers, podium athletes, congrats to the first time Chattajackers, the 2025 belt buckle recipients and the 2025 double belt bucklers!

Thank you again to all the 2025 sponsors who year after year apply the icing to the cake.  Creating the race experience is so fun when we get to work with folks like: Rural1st, BARK, HBAC, Flying Fish, Epic,  ARE Tahiti TIMI VAA, HUMA, Sweetwater, TRGT, Ozone Outrigger Zone, 148 Films, Mayfield, EPB, Quantalize Tequila, K2N, PaddleMonster, and Surftech.  

A HUGE HUGE thank you to the army of volunteers who physically shaped, delivered, and brought the 2025 Chattajack vision to life!  Phenomenal is what you all are.  We could only wish to have the same crew to work with again next year.  Thank you Stacey, Sarah, Amy, and Rob for your leadership roles in helping supply/direct the many moving parts amongst volunteers and participants. 

CJ 2025 delivered the best year yet in terms of financial support for the Tennessee River Gorge Trust, raising a collective $26,924.  This is huge in advancing their mission.  Let’s keep doing this!!  Another shout out to sponsors who contributed directly to the trust through raffles and financial contributions (BARK, ARE, Epic, Flying Fish, QuickBlade, Hippostick, & Quintaliza).

2025 Athletic Shirts

Unfortunately we’re still in limbo with U.S. customs awaiting delivery of 2 boxes of athletic shirts.  Once the shirts are in our possession they’ll be finding their way to your mailboxes.  We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.  We trust these boxes will arrive in our care soon but we are not privileged with info regarding eta.  Athletic t-shirts will be mailed to the addresses supplied during registration.  If you have moved please email us at info@chattajack.com and let us know your new addy.

Hales Bar Athletic Club

What is HBAC? A bunch of people that enjoy hanging out together and paddling CJ every fall. So, pretty much everyone reading this email. Check out the website below to read more! Recap Video

The team at 148 will be compiling media to create a recap video.  

Chattajack and 148 would both like to extend an invitation to everyone to supply any of your own footage for potential inclusion in the Chattajack Recap! Submit your gopro, 360 or other footage to the link below to submit your footage. Must be at least 4k and submitted by Friday 10/31 @ 5pm EST. *Please note submissions are obviously releasing the rights to full use of the footage for us to use in the 2025 Chattajack Video Recap made by 148 Films.
